By downloading or using Trailhead ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Trailhead is an AI-powered overlanding and road trip planning application that provides route suggestions, campsite recommendations, navigation, and community reporting features. Trip plans are generated by AI and are suggestions only — always verify conditions independently before traveling.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Trailhead offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Explorer Plan Monthly and Explorer Plan Annual) through Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading reports; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App; (d) use automated tools to scrape data; (e) harass other users.
User-submitted reports (road conditions, hazards, campsite conditions) reflect the views of individual users and are not verified by Trailhead. Trailhead reserves the right to remove any report that violates these terms. Never rely solely on community reports for safety-critical decisions.
Overlanding and off-road travel involve inherent risks. AI-generated route suggestions may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your vehicle or conditions. Always carry emergency supplies, inform others of your plans, and exercise independent judgment. Trailhead is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from use of the App.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Trailhead. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Profile screen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trailhead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
